This mantra should be chanted facing the East while seated on the Northeast quadrant of your house or puja room.

 

*Though not compulsory, it is best for the devotee to be dressed in red coloured clothing while chanting this Pratyangira Amman Gayatri Mantra.

 

Naivedya / Nivedhyam / Prasadham (Food Offerings) For Pratyangira Devi

One can offer savory prasad such as lemon rice, puliyodhara (tamarind rice). Apart from that, panakam (a drink made out of jaggery and cardamon) can be offered too.

 

Besides that, a red banana, pomegranates, raisins, red grapes, dates, and any red coloured fruits can be offered as Naivedhyam for Pratyangira Devi. A piece of uncut lemon too can be offered.

 

Flowers / Plants For Pratyangira Devi

You can offer any red coloured flowers along with fragrant flowers such as Jasmine. A lime garland made out of either 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81, 90, 99, or 108 lime pieces can be offered too.
